All Orders are shipped ground through different couriers to different destination based on rate. THC Gear reserves the right to ship through any courier company we determine to be the most economical and efficient to get the order to you. Our Various shipping couriers are (but not limited to): Fedex Ground, Canada Post, DHL Ground and Purolator Ground. If a specific courier is required for your order to reach you we highly recommend you specify such in the order comments field when placing your order. We do not guarantee that specialized shipping means can be fulfilled or that specialized shipping costs will be reflected at time of checkout; additional charges may apply for special shipping requests.
THC gear is not liable for any packages lost/ stolen/ damaged due to the third party shipping courier. Any discrepancy of address due to customer mis-entry or; any packages returned to us due to refused shipments may result in additional charges against your account. All issues in regards to Lost, or Damaged shipments must be claimed with the shipping courier company within 30 days of being issued a tracking number.
THC Gear (Two Hoot Concentrate Gear) provides a limited warranty for all our products against defects in craftsmanship when proof of purchase and the defective material are provided within 3 months (90 days) of purchase. Should an issue arise or be apparent in this time please contact us for an RMA or further instruction. We reserve the right to replace, refund or repair any part found to be covered under this warranty at our discretion.
All of our Vape Pen’s burners, both the stock burners that come in the Head Kits as well as Replacement Burners are only covered under warranty when in UNUSED/ NEW Condition. This protects you from receiving a Dead on Arrival (DOA) burner, and can assure us that the burner was not damaged due to improper use.
All Two Hoot Batteries are covered under our limited warranty against defects in craftsmanship or failure through regular use for a period of 6 months (180 days) from purchase. Proof of purchase must be supplied in order for warranty to be applicable. When reporting battery problems we may choose to replace, refund or repair the battery, charger, or both at our discretion.
Please understand that there is no warranty whatsoever, express or implied, on any Glass Part. All glass pieces included in our Head Kits as well as all Replacement Glass are non-warranty items; meaning if for any reason glass is broken (including DOA glass and glass broken due to mishandling by the courier) you will be responsible for the replacement.
In the event we need to issue a replacement we will require all defective parts returned to us. All shipping costs for the new items being shipped out for Warranty Replacements will be covered by us, however you will be responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the defective merchandise to us. All returns are handled on a ‘per case’ basis and no defective products are to be shipped back to us unannounced. Any product shipped back to us without prior authorization is subject to shipment refusal and will be returned at your expense.
